Ich empfinde es als meine \u00e4rztliche und menschliche Verantwortung, anderen Menschen nach bestem Wissen zu helfen. F\u00fcr die ganzheitliche Therapie w\u00e4hrend und nach der Krebserkrankung ist dies aber sehr wichtig. Das beinhaltet zum Beispiel den Schlafrhythmus, die Ern\u00e4hrung, das soziale Umfeld, Probleme in der Sexualanamnese oder psychische Vorbelastungen.<br \/>\nAbgestimmt auf die jeweils vorherrschenden Probleme (Temperaturempfindlichkeit, Schlafprobleme, Schmerzen) entwickeln wir gemeinsam mit der Patientin ein integratives Behandlungskonzept, welches wir in regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Abst\u00e4nden anpassen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper. Oft verweise ich auf das Angebot der Psychoonkologie in unserem Haus. Zu den weiteren Ma\u00dfnahmen geh\u00f6ren Naturheilverfahren, Hom\u00f6opathie, Anthroposophische Medizin mit der Misteltherapie, Ayurveda, Traditionelle Chinesische Medizin, orthomolekulare Medizin, Physiotherapie, Hydrotherapie mit Kneipp\u00b4schen Anwendungen, Paar- oder Sexualtherapie.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper. Die Frauen berichteten, dass sie sich \u201enormaler\u201c f\u00fchlen, teils wie vor der Erkrankung. Das erscheint nicht bahnbrechend, doch ich bewerte diesen Aspekt als \u00fcberaus positiv: Gerade in dieser Zeit brauchen die Patientinnen das Gef\u00fchl, dass in ihrem Leben wieder ein St\u00fcck Normalit\u00e4t einkehrt. So viele Lebensbereiche bekommen durch die Tumordiagnose und -therapie Risse, oft geht das Vertrauen in den K\u00f6rper verloren. Dank der Misteltherapie empfinden sich die Patientinnen nicht mehr als so \u201ekrank\u201c, sie gestalten ihre Therapie aktiv mit. Die Misteltherapie kann das als m\u00f6gliches Nebenwirkungsspektrum bestehende Gef\u00fchl des Ausgeliefertseins w\u00e4hrend einer Krebserkrankung beenden, gerade wenn eine krebsbedingte M\u00fcdigkeit jegliche Aktivit\u00e4t lahmlegt.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper. Ziel f\u00fcr mich ist somit dieses Patienteninteresse in ein sinnvolles onkologisches Konzept mit gepr\u00fcften integrativ-medizinischen Ma\u00dfnahmen einzubetten. Ich erhoffe mir hiervon Sicherheit f\u00fcr Patienten und \u00c4rzte als positiven Beitrag zur Gesundheits\u00f6konomie durch bessere Behandlungsergebnisse.
